
Information presented in this webinar comes from some of the latest research on conflict coaching and team development. This webinar is geared to helping managers, team leaders and team members learn basic coaching skills that can be used immediately. In addition, attendees will learn of resources that can help them understand what impacts them during conflict. The purpose of this webinar is to give participants more than just a theoretical understanding of coaching, but the practical knowledge and skills in coaching that will help their teams.
Some specific areas this webinar will cover will be an overview of basic coaching principles, the kinds of questions to use when handling conflict and handling accountability issues that arise when coaching an individual. These areas will give webinar participants the skill set to deal with conflict that may occur on teams. It will also remove any misconceptions on what coaching really is and how to effectively coach team members through conflict.

Bob Churilla is a partner in a conflict management and organizational development firm, Conflict Resolution Professionals Group (CRPG). In addition, Bob is a Visiting Professor at a private University. Bob has worked with the United States Postal Service, Veterans Administration, Transportation Security Administration and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission as a mediator and consultant. He has also consulted with local, state and private employers, government agencies, churches and nonprofit organizations. Bob has a Ph.D. in Conflict Resolution and a Juris Doctorate degree.
